We are thrilled to announce that our school proudly participated in the Allstate Future Innovators Digital Safety Competition—and came away with winners! Our talented innovators received an incredible £1500 as prize money, a testament to their creativity and commitment to digital design.
The competition featured exciting categories across all key stages:
- KS1: Junior Digital Defender
- KS2: Code to Curb Speeding
- KS3: Safe Journey Simulator
- KS4: Digital Focus
- KS5: Safe Choices Coding
This achievement is not only a celebration of our pupils’ skills but also a fantastic boost to our Digital Skills Funding Pot, which has already enabled us to share resources and expertise through our cluster with Strabane Academy. Thanks to additional funding, we’ve secured:
- 16 LEGO SPIKE Essential Kits
- 8 ClassVR headsets
- 10 Apple iPad 128GB School Edition – Apple Education
